This one-hour webinar will review the legal landscape regarding the sale of kratom, an unregulated plant-based substance commonly sold and used for its psychological and physiological effects. Attendees will learn about the power municipalities have to regulate kratom, and hear from local public health officials with firsthand experience adopting and enforcing regulations.
