By checking "I agree," the attendee (referred to as "I") acknowledges the following conditions of my registration: I understand that if I am unable to attend this event, I must notify MEHA by emailing [email protected] no later than August 27, 2025 to be eligible for a refund. After this date, registration fees are nonrefundable and I will be responsible for payment, whether or not I attend.

All participants are expected to conduct themselves ethically and responsibly, adhering to the highest standards of behavior. Violations of the Code of Conduct should be reported to MEHA’s Code of Conduct Committee, President, or Vice President. Misconduct may result in disciplinary action.
