MEHA Title 5 Seminar

MEHA is seeking businesses, nonprofits, and educational institutions to support our annual Title 5 Seminar, a day-long training session for public health officials and wastewater professionals. Your support will allow your organization to promote and engage others in your work, while enabling us to offer the best educational programming that we can.
Support the Title 5 Seminar through sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities. All sponsorships are limited and confirmed on a first-paid basis.
Exhibitor Schedule
Setup begins: 7:00 am, Wednesday, Feb. 25 (setup on Feb 24 available upon request)
Exhibits open: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
The times described above are tentative, based upon final seminar agenda. You will be notified one week prior to event of any changes. Snow date Wednesday, March 4th.
Sponsorship Options
Standard Sponsorships: $2,000
Title 5 Seminar Sponsors include an exhibitor booth, and recognition in our event marketing materials, the program agenda, and during the MEHA Executive Board’s opening remarks.
Sponsors may also choose to pay for Breakfast, Lunch, or Coffee & Tea for their industry colleagues for additional recognition via a posterboard by these stations:
Breakfast: $3,500 Lunch: $5,000 Coffee & Tea: $3,500
Exhibitor Booth Only
Exhibitor Booths: $500
Exhibitor booths will be set up in the conference center lobby past the registration table, and near the breakfast, lunch, and coffee stations. Each exhibitor booth includes:
- One six-foot table
- Two chairs
- Electricity guaranteed upon request
- Two tickets for breakfast and lunch
- Organization listing in the seminar agenda
