Sponsorship Deadline:
To ensure full recognition and inclusion in all event materials, sponsors must adhere to the following deadlines:
- Commitment Deadline: April 29, 2025 – To guarantee placement in promotional materials, sponsorship commitments must be confirmed and paid by this date.
- Logo Submission Deadline: May 9, 2025 – High-resolution logos (vector format preferred: .EPS, .AI, or high-res .PNG) must be submitted by this date for inclusion in print and digital materials.
* Timing of social media post(s) is dependent upon when sponsorship commitment and logo (if applicable to the sponsorship level) is received.
